As a Builder:
We, Canadian Deaf golfers and fans should thank Robert Cundy for being a founder of the Canadian
Deaf Golf Association in 1993 and also is one of six founders of the World Deaf Golf Federation in 1995.
He has never missed participating Canadian Deaf Golf Championships from 1993 to 2015 and World
Deaf Golf Championships from 1995 to 2014. Also, He is the first Deaf Canadian Golfer to win Championship as 7th World Deaf Golf Championship - Senior Men in 2008 at Perth, Australia
As a Board:
The Canadian Deaf Golf Association Was the President: 1997 - 2001 Was the Acting Treasurer: 2006 – 2007
Was the Treasurer: 2012 - 2013 Secretary: 2012 – 2014 and still involve with Alberta Deaf Golf Association.
The World Deaf Golf Association: Was Director: 1995 – 1998 and 2002 – 2010. He was Award as WDGF Honour Member in 2010.
As a Golfer:
Canadian Deaf Golf Championship: Has won CDGC Men: 4 times Has placed 2nd place CDGC Men: 1 time
Has placed 3rd place CDGC Men: 3 times Has won CDGC Senior Men: 1 time Has place 2nd place CDGC
Senior Men: 1 time World Deaf Golf Championship: Has won WDGC Senior Men in 2008 Has place 2nd
and 7th place WDGC Senior Men Has place 2nd place WDGC Team Senior Men Has place 8th, 9th, 10th
(twice) and 11th WDGC Men Has won WDGC Team Men in 2002 and has place 2nd (3 times) WDGC Team Men. He is the first Deaf Canadian Golfer to win Championship as 7th World Deaf Golf Championship - Senior Men in 2008 at Perth, Australia
